1. What happens if my marble set arrives damaged or broken?
We take full responsibility for the transit. If any piece or the board arrives damaged, simply email a photo of the item and the packaging to info@royalbishop.com within 14 days, and we will ship a brand-new replacement immediately.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every masterpiece undergoes a rigorous quality check. Our average handling time is 2–4 business days, followed by a shipping time of 4–8 business days. You will receive an automated tracking link within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
3. Will my chess set look exactly like the one in the photos?
Since our sets are crafted from 100% natural marble and onyx, every piece is a unique work of nature. While primary colors match, the veining patterns and texture variations ensure your set is a one-of-a-kind original.
4. Where do I send the item if I want to return it?
We have a dedicated US Warehouse for all North American returns. You can return items within 30 days. Please note for "change of mind" cases, we offer refunds only, and return shipping costs are deducted from the final refund.
5. Is the marble board protected against scratches on my furniture?
Yes. Our sets are designed for both play and display. Boards either come with an attached felt bottom or we provide premium adhesive felt pads for all pieces to protect your surfaces.
6. Can I purchase a single replacement piece if I lose one later?
Yes. We understand accidents happen. We maintain a stock of individual pieces (Kings, Queens, Pawns, etc.) so you can complete your heirloom set again without buying a whole new set.
7. How should I clean and maintain the high-gloss shine?
Maintenance is simple. Wipe with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, or harsh chemicals, as they can etch the stone and dull the hand-polished finish.
8. Are the chess pieces weighted?
Our pieces are crafted from solid natural stone, which makes them naturally heavy. This provides a premium feel and superior stability on the board compared to wooden or plastic sets.
9. Do you provide a storage solution for the pieces?
Most of our premium sets come with a dedicated, secure storage box or velvet-lined compartment designed for protection when the game is not in play.
