Beyond nice. Just know that you'll have to attach the felt at the bottoms. I can say tons of stuff but its real. In fact, my Daughter, in her teens, who didn't want to play chess looked at this chess set and all of a sudden wanted to learn how to play again. I took the gamble on this Black and White Chess Set by RadicalN and it was checkmate, meaning, this board was flawless and passed my OCD stamp of approval. The board is solid marble and the pieces have a nice weight to them and it's all custom made so I was impressed. This is exactly what I wanted for my counter top and this Chess Set has that high end and modern look that I was looking for. It looks like a $300 board and the quality and craftsmanship make this purchase worth the price in my opinion. Also, this company stands by the board and all the pieces and they had constant communication with to ensure I was satisfied. So really there's not much of a gamble here because if you aren't satisfied, they will replace it and stand by their work. Excellent customer service. Each board is unique and I love mine. Also, I like the marble on marble sound of the pieces when moving them, but if you want quiet pieces, they even provide padding to apply to the bottom of the pieces.
