• Is marble fragile? How do you ensure it doesn't break during shipping?
  Marble is a natural stone, so it is inherently fragile if dropped. However, we use RoyalBishop Branded Secure & Fragile Packaging. Each set is encased in custom-cut, high-density shock-absorbing foam and a double-walled box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  Every masterpiece undergoes a rigorous quality check. Our average handling time is 2–4 business days, followed by a shipping time of 4–8 business days. You will receive an automated email with your tracking link (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
• Will the color and pattern be exactly as shown in the pictures?
  Since we use 100% genuine natural marble and onyx, every set is unique. While the primary colors will match the description, the veining patterns, translucency, and exact shades are a work of nature and will vary slightly. This ensures your set is a one-of-a-kind original.
• What happens if my marble set arrives damaged or broken?
  We take full responsibility for the transit. If any piece or the board arrives damaged, simply email a photo of the item and the packaging to info@royalbishop.com within 14 days, and we will ship a brand-new replacement immediately.
• Can I buy a single replacement piece if I lose or break one later?
  Yes. Unlike mass-produced sets, we understand that accidents happen. We keep stocks of individual pieces (Kings, Queens, Pawns, etc.) for our customers so you can complete your heirloom set again.
• How do I clean and maintain the high-gloss shine?
  Maintenance is simple. Just wipe it with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using acidic cleaners (like vinegar or lemon) or harsh chemicals, as they can etch the stone and dull the hand-polished finish.
• Does the set come with furniture protection?
  Yes. We provide either an attached felt bottom on the board or separate self-adhesive felt pads for all the chess pieces. This ensures a smooth glide during play and protects your glass or wooden furniture from scratches.
