A note on natural marble: every piece is cut from real stone, so shade and veining vary from one block to the next. We match size, color and style as closely as possible, but the exact markings of your original piece can't be guaranteed.
Your set arrived with a broken piece
You don't need to buy anything. Email a photo of the item and the packaging to info@royalbishop.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a brand-new replacement.
A piece broke or went missing later
Order through Royal Bishop Replacement Pieces and give us your board size, color and piece type. We match it to your set and ship it to you.
